Too slow and how to trust ?

I'm new on this..

 

Does anyone know why this is so slow (I needed several days to download 64MB justo to know that the file was corrupted!).

 

Again, how can I trust a file, may contain virus ?

here what i do before i download a torrent..i read all the comment on that torrent first.. if there is a virus,people will say that the torrent contain virus.hee.. and wellcome

Simple rules i follow...

1. check comments, if there's a virus people will tell you, but be sure to look through all the comments

2. if its a video file, open the unfinished file directory, right click on the unfinished file & open with VLC media player and skip to a part that you recognize and then continue donwloading

3. go to one of two major sites, btjunkie.org or thepiratebay.org and search for whatever you like, these two sites are most likely to get you whatever is required
