Green light turned yellow after router restart

Hello I have Windows Vista 64 home
BitComet 0.94
and a Baudtek TW router
I used to have a yellow light and then I followed all the port forwarding instructions and got a green light. (hurray!)
One day I had to restart my router because it wasn't synching for some reason
after the restart I got a yellow light AGAIN...I did all the portforwarding stuff from scratch and...no luck! still yellow!
do you have any idea what might be missing?
