Bitcomet blocking internet connection

Hello everybody
I use version 1.4.8.22
My computer is XP64 and it has realtek RTL 8168/8111 PC E gigabit network adapter
I want to ask why bitcomet blocking my internet connection. I don't use any router and i used various different bitcomet versions. It is same happening to my friend strange thing is he live in different place. So guess it happing every bitcomet users and i used UTorrent but it was working perfectly no delay to use internet connection. Is there any solution? thank you
