hi every body
i am using Bitcomet, it was download the files withe high speed(around 160kb/s). one day have installed Firefox explorer and some settings had been changed, after that the download speed almost 5kb/s.
i changed the TCPIP to 200 than 500 without any advantages
could some one give some advices
