Play HD MKV Videos Smoothly on outdated PC's

Hi. Now I am gonna share something interesting. Many people love HD videos, But when it comes with mkv extension they have very bad time. There is a solution for this problem!

 

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE NVIDIA OR ATI GRAPHICS CARD WITH LATEST DRIVERS INSTALLED TO CONTINUE...

 

Step 1: Download PureCodec2008. Click HERE 

 

Step 2: Install it and change the settings as follows...

 

Pure-Codec-Setting

 

This will allow Hardware acceleration for playing mkv files.

 

Thats it. Now you can watch HD mkv videos on your Grandpa's PC.

Here is a guide on how to achieve GPU *.mkv acceleration with Media player classic. You do not need any additional codecs, it is fast and picture quality is amazing. Guide has photos and everything.
