in the mall. You can buy it for 90 plat a piece.U kinda need 2x to make sure u get a legend item.I suggest u buy legends using gold becouse u can get them cheaper. On bitcomet 1 plat is up to 70k/plat these days and 180 plat is like 12m more or less...U can get a legend for half that amount of gold.
Can you not buy them from shops or anything? Or from other players?
legend boss in goblin/alaman tribe drops one occasionaly
