download speed [very slow]

Almost a week now .I could not get a good download  speed rate max  30kb. Can any one please help or let me know what 's happenning.thanks

Ps  been with bitcomet for ys.

What type of connection are you using? And, in the lower right corner of BitComet's page, are both lights green? If your listening port is blocked you may start there. If one of the IP's at the bottom is red or yellow, scroll over it and see if it says it is blocked. I had this issue and when I fixed it my d/l rate doubled on most d/l's....Funny enough though, now I am having ANOTHER issue but figured I would TRY and help giving you a starting point....

If everything was as easy as people make it out to be, there would be no need of forums!
