yet another port forwarding problem..PLEASE HELP!

I have done what the guides say(static IP and port forwarding guides),yet i still ave a yellow status on bitcomet..I always get a message blocked: some RANDOM ip adress...can anyone help me?is there any reason why could this be happening?
