DISCONNECT So MANy TIME In the PRISON INSTANCE

for your info, my internet connection is good. But i always DISCONNECT when i entering INSTANCE PRISON!! it happen so many time. and when i complain at the system channel to GM, THERE IS NO GM answering my question. i lost so many PRISON PASS. Can any GM answer my question??

One more thing, when i entering the character page, i always disconnect. What wrong with this game? i have not entering the scene yet, but i get disconnect?? can GM fix this error. I think this is because of the BUG....

as far as i know its only u how have this problem so it have to be ur side problem and only thing i can suggest u is re-installing game and if that wont help try whit ur system

i already have re installed this game for 6-8 times and the same thing happen again & again.

if its about my notebook, i use the latest hp notebook with 4gb of RAM. My processor is good and my internet connection is also good. i just wonder why its happening to me.

p/s: thanks 4 ur suggestion. but it doesnt help at all...

for some reason ever since the last maintenance i disconnect about every 5 -> 15 minutes. B4 the maintenance i could run 24/7 for a week no probs. am downloading client again but like wirawanterulung I have normal bandwidth and download rates. bit comet is downloading client at my normal speed. will try tracert and see but we are not the only ones. we are the only ones saying anything.

@jane.. I dont think this is the servers fault since is a very isolated bug,if u can call it a bug. Im talking about prison instance d/c issues.

As most online mmorpgs (WoW for example) the game client saves a certain amount of ingame information as cache (for example bot settings which is hard to believe its stored in a standalone file since u can sometimes use the bot settings on a newly created char from an older character on same account) and if the mentainance which is usualy made to submit a game patch, modified the server side information it automaticaly conflicts with the game cache stored before the patch and there u go, u get disconnected.

Please correct me if im wrong Jane/Kane.

I once had a similar thingy and i fixed it by formating my c:\ and reinstalling windows on a clean partition and after that the game client. It might have been some registry issue in my case but this is not necesarily ur problem as well..

me to but i'm getting it from gob tribe to beast camp and it is very annoying and i can't level up in the higher level places. i can't see myself playing this game if this continues.
