how to recover my gol i lost in convert

i try to convert my gold to resources but when i submit it i got nothing,can i recover it again.it a big lost to one player like me .Im fighting against time just to gain that gold. help me please

Well maybe you did gain the resources but never noticed it or you probably converted the resources rather then buying them. How much gold did you lose from this?

i lost 180 gold it matters,to me coz i need it much for faster build ups,but consider it lost may be better
