my port is always blocked.. how should i turn it green..help me.. tried all means..even forwarded my port its not working.. i get downloading speed of 10kbps... many times it goes till 200kbps...but most of the time it remain at 10... HELP...

I have the same problem with port!!???

Every number i type show me blocked or yellow light!!
