I think the in-game chat should be global, not based on player countries(since they have no practical application).

Also a global chat would further the friendship between players

Oh I never knew the chat was based on country, no wonder why so little people chat. Maybe we should have an option for global chat, that would be nice :).

I think there is a global chat you are talking about which is by using the speaker icon beside emoticons from the chat bar. However * Each message costs 25 GOLD(You get 50% discount. The original price is 50 GOLD).
