Rar files or just one file?

How do I put a file onto my iTunes library once I've downloaded it?

I'm refering to a music download, not a movie.

By this I mean a sing file from a seeder, that isn't seperated and put into a folder. I have no trouble putting downloads that have one file for each song into my music library, but I don't know how to put that one big file that has all the music on my library.

Please help me =)

one big file, meaning a rar file of a complete album right? in that case, extract the rar archive to a specified folder on your computer and then add them to iTunes from there...

Download WinRAR from www.download.com. The newest version has a free trial for 60-someodd days. Once installed, right click on the RAR file and choose 'extract files'. The rest is straight forward.
