ohh, the translation is simple.. where u get it from?

龍= Dragon

虎= Tiger

性= Sex

in a sense, or traditional speaking, 'hidden dragon' & 'crouching tiger' hv always been related to some sorts of 'Sex' scenes, parodies and, hopefully the animation below could explicitly give you a picture, an abstract concept on how and what they are related.
