One of the splendid features in the WWII Warfare is the levelup of the commanders.

The Commanders gain certain exp points in such events as battle. You may assign the points at your will to make your commander stronger.

From what I have calculated, this is what I have found:

Strength - Adds a bonus to battle unit attack power.

Command - Adds a bonus to unit's defence in battle.

Politics/Inteligence - Adds a bonus to unit's HP in battle.

Charm - Reduces time taken to reach a base and assists in recruiting a legendary commander.
