Whenever I quit bitcomet it doesn't shout down properly and I can not reuse it again without restarting my computer (which is very annoying), I am using the latest Bitcomet, I have Vista Home PRemium, I have a router but it works fine no blocked ports.
If anyone has a solution please please tell me.
