download don't start

hello friends,

i am new to BitComent. i don't know why download its not start it will show me to 0kb/s to download & 0kb/s to upload. so what can i do it.

plz anyone help me out of this.

It could be you have selected a dead torrent. Torrents will only work if others are seeding it, so look for another torrent that is active, and remember its your responsibility to seed when the download is complete, at least until your ratio is above 1.10

well when a torrent becomes old most of the users stop seeding it so try to find an active or latest torrent for successful downloading.......

also if ur listen port is blocked then ur download/upload can stop so what u need to do is block/close ur firewall and reconfigure ur listen port so that it shows a green light...

if you could give us a link to the page where you downloaded this torrent from, its quite possible that either its a dead torrent or the client is having a difficult time connecting to the seeders... considering your points level, i think thats a factor too...

Always select a torrent which has many seeds, when you download a torrent click on download now button in bitcomet, it takes a little while for the trackers to connect and start downloading, also forward your ports.

I'm having the same situation also with no downloading and uploading. Check on Peers show that it is connecting peers. Used to be downloading alright up until 50+% and suddenly stopped. Any setting problems possible?or Windows?

Its correct that u must have a lots of seeds and peers while downloading. Just always check b4 downloading any file, how many no. of seeds/leechers are mentioned on the page from where u download. Never choose anyone which has 0/0 in seeds/leechers.

do you see some seeders? no? then it wont start . its that simple.
