My listen port is always blocked (windows xp sp2). Why? I need help to solve this problem please

You dont give any INFO !!!!there are two things that may help you--you may have to "play" between the two a few times

1 thing is go into BitComet options at top and go tochange litening port- do auto the other thing thing is at bootm -the blocked light ! put cursor on it -get 2 item menu - click on try again--most people do not EXPLORE BitComt--Explore Everything !!!!!
