BT client connection problems

Having problems with my BT client connections status, keeps saying unknown. Have followed instructions regarding forewall and still cannot get it to work, Not getting any download anymore. Please help!

you all have a router ? if yes, just restart the router, if you have dynamic ip , just relogin to have a new IP, or simply restart your pc !

This problem is because your IP and port are not recogniezed !

Or explain again !
