My listening port says unknown, how can I fix this????? Please help me :(

my listening port light is green, but seeing very few remote connections compared to before. ANY BODY KHOW WHY?

i think it's all a load of bull sh*t i have been getting downloads of 310kbs if the light has been on green, yellow, or grey, but at certain times of the day it plunges to 20kbs for instance now while i right this, so i would'nt be altering your computer because i dont think it makes any difference

Hey guy`s, if u had a green light, your settings had to be correct! if u didnt change any the are still correct, my light did also changed 2 unknown but the next day everything was ok again! Check your router settings! check your bitcomet settings and there will be a green light with nice download speed! Google helped me too with my problems!
I experience once when all of a sudden I got a grey light. Port is blocked. I changed the port number and still get a greyy light. I got it fixed by uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. But first, cleaned your registry by using a cCleaner or any registry cleaner program. Then installed the latest Comet program if you are using the old version. If it still doesn't work then probably the program has a bug. You need time and luck to fix this problem then by changing the port number again and again.
