When I purchase a training speed up while a training is in session, it does not effect the current training session time.

I don't think it would effect the current time because since it is just activated it wouldn't apply to the things you did before you bought it. Try canceling the item and re-purchasing it, but you lose some resources there so beware.

@lostsong222 the speedups are NOT retroactive, it only affects new trainees.
