Make sure you pick torrents with lots of seeds and upload more, your speed will increase with your promotions on here in the level system. When the torrent has finished and you have your file, upload it as long as you can to get you points and also so other people get the file too. Lots of people complain about it being slow, it's because people don't share so come on people, less moaning more uploading :)

is it also depends on the speed of the internet connection?
