the windows damaged and i have to install new setup of bitcomet

hello MR

the windows damaged and i have to install new setup of bitcomet all current download task lost ,but the my downloaded files exist in an other drive (d:) ,how can i continue the download for the files ...

till u didnt export task list before format than thats impossible to continue task.

True - always export your task list and keep it in the same place - BitComet will find it. You have to stert again, sorry!

To be extra safe - create a separate partition for BitComet before re-installing windows, but make it large enough to handle big download files. And tell BitComet not to download on the C: drive. I have BitComet on a separate hard drive and from there I download to 2 other hard drives - one for music, one for movies. That way you are always safe when Windows dies ;)

It happened to me several times with a crappy Windows copy and it can be very upsetting!
