A question.............. Is it just myself , or has anyone noticed recently , the way the ISP has been Traffic Shaping/managing????
I have , and its really geting outrageous.....they tell U one speed and unlimited d/loading..... but give you the cheap seats and limit U to an unbelievably slow crawl......
I was led to believe Broadband was the end to sssslllowness .....
Any comments on this agenda are most welcome..
