not sure since on BC I to my knowledge there is only ONE angel with wings, rest of us 65+ are wingless. Best Ive seen lately out of a YDT is a lvl 60 SB.
personally I think its another one of them things the developers hope we will buy plats and do book club exchange to get. Bottom line for em is the mighty dollar after all.

Ice Boss, Benth Boss, Crime Boss none have ever dropped Angel SB on bitcomet I and we kill them all religiously every 2h ish. Only way anyone has EVER gotten Angel SB on server is gm event.. thank goodness for book club.

indeed 1 person got angel sb. he took months of hunting lv65 bosses. loots of about 35-50 treasure. that's the only sb above lv60 so far from him
ice boss drops the sb, ice, crime and benthal drops youngdragon treasure, just need to be persistent (it's one of the strongest sbs, it's MEANT to be hard to get)
