Hi Friends.Its Really very easy to make your speed 4 times of your current speed.
Step 1
Dpwnload Speed up commet torrent and install it.
Step 2
Run that patch.You will get a good speed which will be maximum in a few moments.

Download speed & upload speed is interdependent .. like my download
speed is 250 + kbps .but than my upload speed cant exceed more than 40
kpbs .. so when u seed after completion of torrent ..then u can get
maximum upload speed .. but there is steel 1 big problem .that is
connection usage upload bandwidth .. so u need to keep eyes on ur
upload speed .. if torrent showing u different upload speed & ur
actual upload speed is different than u need to restart upload again..
so it can save ur upload bandwidth
