movies nowadays..

I don't really get it. what the hell happened to films these days? i mean, first of all, they're too darn long, where did the usual hour and a half movie go? nowadays we have to bear through the plot, and hope that it's a good one for at least 2 hours, endowed with shitty actors that can't even impress my half-blinded grandma. worse, it spoils the excitement of getting in the mood for a really good movie because you look at the clock, maybe you have sth prepared for the afternoon and you know the damn movie won't finish fiddling with your small brain, giving you a cultural experience, and you have to go do sth else, that's what annoys me. i have to prepare a schedule in order to watch a movie?? oh, for God's sake, i loved the old days when the idea just popped into your head, turned on the pc, rolled the picture, big smile on your face, the end, not worrying about your grandma that needs a tea cup at the hospital or that you need to attend the afternoon class at the university. you knew that watching a movie won't cancel all your dates that day and that you won't lose any bets at the poker table with your friends because you watched ''snow white'' lying dead for half an hour and being resuscitated for another hour by the stupid midgets. and also back then you weren't supposed to guess for twenty hours if max payne will kill himself in the next minute due to his crow vision expressing  satan's parrots.

And another thing, how the hell does this movie industry work nowadays, because we were used to watching a good movie and then waiting a week or so for another movie to come out, but now the speed of the films that are released is absolutely so amazing, it's beginning to be annoying, we watch a film then as soon as we got up from our comfy seat another one is released, and by the time we finished turning the pc off, a whole new era in the movie industry has been reborn, it's like today according to movies you are in 2089 fighting some hideous bugs to save the planet and then you wake up tomorrow in 1967 in vietnam pulling bullets out of your arse. why can't they just slow down a bit so that people would get a chance to really watch and enjoy their movies? maybe it's just me who thinks like that, but i'll leave it to your judgement.

to an extent i agree they are just throwing films out nowadays and quite a lot are crap,..there is a few that creep thru that are good but what a watse of life to sit and endure a crappy film in the hope that some thing will happen in it,..

thanks to the other people who have watched it and then recommend it to me,and am not just on about movie critics but friends as well other wise i might never watch one again,. but we still try and find that one good film amongst all the junk they throw out week in week out,...

all the best wish,s to you and your family.......

take care
