Active Torrent List Disappears On Reboot (Ver. 1.09)

BitComet 1.09, recently upgraded from 1.04.
Windows Home Premium Vista, HPDesktop m800n
Netgear MR8 14 v.3 Router
When I reboot, the list of active torrents disappears from BitComet 1.09, and instead it lists some long completed and deleted torrents from a year or more ago.
The only path I see in 1.09 Options is C:\Downloads, and that's where the torrents are, so I know I'm missing a step somewhere!!
