Cant enter Military section

I never enter Military section but the othes are okey.

Please give me solution

Anytime I enter Military section, It shows :

"Server busy, you may retry or cancel this operation"

Who has ever met this like me???

Well, I tried with IE, firefox, Acoo Browser or something like that but still not done yet.

May be it is a bug with some account
