Bug in amount of crop used by troops

There is a serious problem with the amount of crop that I am losing due to troop consumption. My troops are using alot more crops than they are supposed to, they should be using 1-2k per hour and they are using nearly 4k per hour.

This means that I am being robbed af several k per hour and I have had to start buying in extra for no reason!! Can someone ge this sorted out asap as every hour is costing me more resources that I need to play the game

I have just found proof of the bug in grain consumption. I recruited 1 plane that was supposed to take 16 grain per hour instead it is taking 61 grain per hour. The numbers seem to be reversed when the system calculates the grain consumption. That explains why I am using so much more grain than I am supposed to, in this case I am using almost 4 times as much grain as I should be!

Please get this problem fixed asap as it is costing me a fortune to buy grain to feed my troops, when I should have a surplus of grain.

I have just got more evidence of this problem.

The amount of grain used to maintain aircraft appears to be reversed, in other words if it should cost 19 grain per hour it costs 91 grain per hour instead.

I am not sure if this is true for infantry and tanks as well, but it seems to be for aircraft!

As your population increases, your consumption will be increased too and at the same time, your people will consume more grain than ever before.

That means if you have 5 persons, they cost 1000. but if you have 10 persons, they will cost more than 2000..

Damn it! The problem with grain consumption is worse than I thought. I have just recruited 5 planes to be built, according to the system they should be consuming 92 gran per hour instead they are consuming 351 grain per hour.

This is nearly 4 times the amount that the system said would be used when I ordered the planes built. You can't tell me that there is not something seriously wrong here!

I don't care what BCGamer says about more population needing more grain (see http://www.tocomet.com/post/84154/) this is a serious bug. I am losing thousands of grain per hour because we are being over charged for troop consumption.

Please get this problem fixed asap as people have been complaining about it for weeks and nothing has been done.

Dear bcgamer, would you mind telling us the formula of grain consumption?

(If the formula were simply troops+defence+citizens, I would have in one base 0.127 grains/citizen/hour while, in other base, 0.306 grains/citizen/hour. So it's not that simple... What else should we count?)

Calm Down guy! First, let me express my gratitude to all of you who are interested in this game. As you all said the grain consumption is not so simple. I will announce the final Formula, but at the moment, I only tell you when your troops increase, each of your troops will consume more.

I will get it make more sense. Thanks for your understanding.
