i use celcom broadband, can you all teach me how to increase speed download?? please~~~

and why my IP still block??? i use window XP SP2 and my bitcomet is 1.06..please help me..

more info needed.

router/modem your using , line speed / what speeds your getting now , sometimes the yellow light doesnt mean anything , are you using a ip blocker / has bitcomet being allowed in your firewall etc.

my line speed broadband is 384kbps only..the speed im getting now is 1kbps ~ 4kbps..

have you allowed bitcomet in your firewall.

then try unchecking the upnp in options nd see if that opens the port.

try dropping your half open limit to say 100.

im suggesting these which are the normal thing to do , as really i have no idea how them 3g modems work.

you could try looking at portforward.com to see if theres anything there for that modem.
