Not one bit true - how can YOU actually see that someone is only grabbing downloads and then not share them??? You can have just one or two piddly uploads running or your box running 24/7 and the ranking keeps going up! Not good enough for sharing - it would be by far better to show how much the individual is actually uploading in comparison to the downloads, like they do at Demonoid,com
