I'm so tired of seeing my DL speed is going 5-15 kb/s. Before on the same torrent (saints row 2 6,67 gb) it was 200 kb/s++ then it went down fast as a waterfall now it's going 5-15kb/s and could upload max 40kb/s but have never gone over 40kb/s (even though I upload many torrents). So i got a static ip and now it's never gone up to 300 kB/s that I used to get when my ip was blocked. even though i download another torrent with over 1000 seeders I still get under 300 kb/s. And i have downloaded saints row 2 for maybe 3 months now and it's on 94.1% going so slowwwww. what happend??? can someone give me some tip or answers.
