I have in this moment:

Diving Attacks lvl 19 (max ???)
Mass Destruction lvl 15
Air Interception lvl 12 (in research lvl 13)
Air Ambush lvl 20 (max no change)
Initial Assault lvl 20 (max no change)
This technology skill i remember for sure ....because after Air Ambush and Initial Assault i started bring all to lvl 20 from the first !!!(Aircraft Skill i mean)
