I believe it is bandwidth issue that they are having as long as you are shareing and not selling, that sounds like there problem, if they want to break the contract there are other ISP provider available out there I use sprint wireless. good luck

first of if it's not your isp then i realy wouldn't worry about it, if they want to press the issue then let them and get a laywer invovled. thats just my personal opinion on what i would do. and if i may ask, what is bitbox, and they relay have no right to tell you to delete some thing from your computer, it is your's after all, not their's, so on that one they realy don't have a legal leg to stand on. alot of company's like to bully people into things only cause the average person doesn't know the law's and they know it.

Sorry to hear what you are going through... it can be very scary, I know I went through it... About 3 years ago i got this notice from a lawyer that represented Roy Orbisons Wife... For copy right infringement and they told me the same thing... I did agree to delete any tracks of Roy Orbison that I had downloaded and promised not to dl them again or she would sue me... I was terrified... Hell it was a few old songs right? no way she has every right to do what she did. But I don't think that they can make you get rid of you bitbox... only the material that is stated in the letter ie: frost/nixon movie... God those guys like to scare the shit out of you....

so let them no that you have deleted the movie and that you are not getting rid of your personal bitbox... I had to sign a piece of paper and it had her name on it that I had deleted his tracks and would not dl them again...

God luck Doll, when they bite you, make sure you bite back ok... They cannot make you withdraw from bitcomet. that is your own personal business... but dl is copy right infringement... so just go along with them until they decide to play hardball which i doubt they will, then you get lawyer that deals in copyright infringement...
