i have been waiting for over a month for my lvl40 plats and msg'd the gm's and submitted tickets numerous times with no response. could u plz tell me why i didn't receive them

dsame thing happen to me, i hav 2 alts who's lvl40 also which hav not claim there plat, i already submit d ticket... but till now no plats...

is ds bcuz i had made many account to claim plats? f dats d case i understand... :( but this s d only way i can make plats....
