I find today ma base area becam over limit and two bases are overcrowded, one is 55 people over limit. how it's possible?

I have found the same issue - 337/330 space

what's worse - I've lost 20 space

I had land at 300, I've built city hall

that is +5, +10, +15, +20 = 50

It appears I've lost the last improvement of 20 spaces,

devs - please fix....?
