armor maintenance lvl 13

I have 2 bases, in my stronghold I have all necessary things req. for above tech, i don't have laboratory in base 1

My stronghold has been repeatedly attacked recently, does it mean my buildings were demolished?As I have necessary buildings according to Buildings tab, but in Technology tab, my buildings are not recognised?
