u have to increase your upload. more upload more speed... try it ! thats 4 sure.

i first of all go to internet options in control panel and delete cookies and temp internet files. and share all files. thats what works for me for now.

My undertanding of a seeder is,

when you have completed downloading a file you remain connected so as to allow other people to down load from you. ie don't remove the file you downloaded but leave it in share. More experienced users will correct this if i am wrong,

Ps.....Do not set your upload speed to maximum if your are using adsl, too fast an upload will slow down your download.
