MPCStar exiting when playing

I recently downloaded all Yu Yu Hakusho and MPCStar wants to have subs for it when its in English DUB and when it auto plays the next one (which is a cool feature) i click on pause so i can go turn off subs since it don't remember to not play them after i turn them off for every episode and after i pause it and click on the Subtitle menu it exits the player. Any1 know how i can fix this annoyance?
