Lack of GMs.

Considering the situation that MWO is in right now. I can offically say that there's a lack of GM's when needed at specific times and I think the team should actually do something for MWO instead of ignoring the player's requests. I think we should actually get what we deserve especially when people are paying money for platnium and that they aren't getting the support that they need from the GM team.

I'm not saying just because they aren't releasing anything but look at the events that have been taking place in the past month. And as well look at how many people quit which makes the game even more boring and less appealing to other new players. I think we should actually DO something to help new players actually enjoy this game and actually stay without being flipped off by other players on the forums.

As well from what I was reading in the "Need Help no GM response" People should actually READ the topic owner's post before actually posting dumb remarks as. *Submit a ticket* or *Did you submit a ticket* which he or she CLEARLY told everyone that the ticket was already sent with NO ID and the ironic part is MWOJane actually read the thread and ignored the fact that a person was hacked. Talk about a good GM team.

And to clashblade. Don't act so smart like you know everything about the game and putting words into people's mouths and considering where your from I doubt you know that phrase. It means stop jumping into conclusions and thinking only your solutions are the best ones for other people to use. Think before you post

wo'nt comment on the complaint of the gms absence, only about what was spoken of me.

The meaning of a forum is to interact and listen to ppl, so you get different opinions from different ppl. If you're going to use it, is your choice, a fool will never learn even if a thousand ppl tell him the same thing. I only speak what works for me, my chars are all summoners so I don't answer questions of other classes. But I play for a long time and also checked most of the game files ( I'm an IT person specialized in game programming) so mostly I DO know about how processes are done.

Btw, if the message is for me, you should be decent enough to speak directly to me, not start a macho game in a post.

I will ignore further provocations and any comments you say in other posts to keep the forum clean.

Prove it that your an IT specialist for game programing.

You do know that there's more then ONE specific game programing. Your saying your specialized in a general reason.

People can say what they are online but can they prove it thats the case.

I can say this game is an Isometric 3D, that is a 2D algorhytm to simulate a 3D environment. It's programmed in Lua, a language developed by brazillians in 1991 that is free for commercial use. Lua runs under ANSI C platform, a widely used environment, that even though new languages were created like C++ (this one specially the prefferd for game programming along with java) and C#, will continue to exist for several years, like COBOL, that have 40 years old, but is still the most used in mainframes.

Most games are developed over a engine, that may be comercial like unreal engine, very famous by the use in Halo, quake and the unreal series, blender, python or an engine programmed by the creators of the game, like done in Aquaria. Even though, all games work with OOL (object oriented language) that creates abstract classes and instanciate objects with attributes and methods, being this last one what u noobies call"the actions" in the game. Most classes in mwo are open coded, so any player can look at them, but since its an online game, the architecture is done in a client-server basis, so many of the code running is done in the server, the client( you) machine just requests the processing of scripts in the server, sending a package with parameters to be used and receiving the values of what u need (float, integer, string, etc) that will them be processed by the 2nd layer to show u the pretty graphics u see. the way it's implemented, it's very hard to hack since most modifications in your machine will be rejected by the server. This assures that you won't hit your head in the wall 2 minutes later buying 500 usd in plats and seeing 8 years old kids with a lame trainer generating plats at will.

But in the end all games are programmed in the same way, you make a state machine, set ur classes, constructors and libraries, split the main layer, graphics layer and how many layers u think it necessary and follow the programmation according to your game design document.

First and foremost I agree, and I'm sorry my intention was not to flip out on any other players that replied to my forum but I was having a bad day (and still am for the most part). Gms you need to get it together. It's not even a lack of GMs now its the fact that you read my problem and post a bunch of ID10T answers. CHECK YOUR EMAIL I SENT IT TWICE and if you didn't get it it's because you didn't look for it and you don't give a damn.

But if you don't give a flying crap then I don't either. MWO SUCKS and don't spend a dime on plats because when your stuff goes missing they will just sit there and look stupid like they are now.

And for the record GM Jane, this isn't the first time you have ignored me when I had a problem and needed help that's why I'm so pissed off.

One of the problems is all gms are chinese, so sometimes they don't understand what we say. I got wrong answers 3 tiems \o/

Once a GM kept saying I couldn't get an item in a place I had already gotten it.

Also we needed at least 1 GM exclusively for player support.

I think they are hiring but new ppl is still in training. So far GMS I found are:

John, the cunning (I think he's the SGM)

Jane, the loveable one

Trace, the active

Doris (I think she got fired)

Tiny (never seen again too)

Tiger, the new blood

JoJo (not sure if he's john too)

Kane, the hermit (only takes care of inside issues)

maybe they should release the size of the staff, cause these gms work on ALL servers, 3 bitcomet, 3 outside (daedalus, genesis and odyssey). It would help explain why it's hard to manage all issues.

At the point I am, I don't really need expansion as I still have lots to do, but I'm well aware that there are many players lvl 70+ with full st+5 getting bored and quitting the game, and that affect me as well. I can count at least 12 quitters in my server, left to say about older servers

so... where is our elementary mounts???

Yeah, I did read the thread and i sent my thanks to asaeaun since he/she gave a good answer. You can get an eariler reply if you send your problems to support since our GMs check all tickets there everyday. Sometimes, we need some secret info when we check (for example, your pw, eamil address, ip address..). It is not safe to post them here, right? This is the reason why we always ask all of you to send tickets about your problems to support. If you have sent it, then just tell us your ticket ID or email address, we can trace the ticket accoring them, then you don't need to detail the problem again. This is the reason why we always ask you for the ticket ID or email address after you sent the ticket.

I wanted to inquire about the ticket ID after sending my gratitude to asaeaun, but i can't send the message out. I know it was urgent, so i asked yohji888 (fishy) to post it for me. If you don't believe it, you can ask him in Bitcomet I.
