Will the attack policy change back to attack anyone, or will it remain at least 40% of dev points to attack?

It renders collected info on some other bases useless,,, would be nice to know when scouting- as it changed back 3 times in 3 updates - there again, no revenge attacks from the weaker basses.

Nw I can't make Tigers because the insture is marked higher. Defences are also higher. lost my StuG R3......What gives???

yeah bad one, especially if you have 5 basses already as its been replaced by 10% when constructing next base for 3 gold,, im buying 10 on my next base.

what about the dev points for the military comitee, outpost, and factories ?

why are they not displayed after this update- are they being reviewed ?

Seriously, if you don't give a crap about the older players, just delete everyone's accounts..this is a slow and painful way to die...if you watch your website traffic stats at all, you will see a significant drop in active account and activities amongst players since your crazy updates!!

The Rank allows you to attack one rank higher or one rank lower at the moment- but the game is still a beta any rules or requiremnets can change after a maintance update, there is a topic under rank in the forum.
