windows wont open download

it wants to know what program created it. i downloaded elements 7 from btjunkie. what program created the download? i put bittorrent and was prompted that there wasnt enough storage to open file. i have 1.5gb with a shit load of hard drive space and since this isnt cs4 or the like i dont see the problem. im new at this, could someone please help?
