thx for repairing alliance bug

Hyper crusade bug.

Lost 10 gold,

First 5 gold try it and it says can't reset it, I check the bag there is no item.

So i tried it again to see if my gold was deducted and they do deduct it but it says i can't use it again.

I guess there is a limit on the amount can be used per day.

Please refund my 10 gold.

ok i was attacked and i hit cure and nothing happen,on the bottem of screen it says cure my troops i click that and nothing happen HELP save my troops befor it's to late.

Hi, from the base Eleskamra in 1939 missing my commander and the troops sent away for a mission.

Base coordinates: 362:354

Commander: Jorge Allen

Troops: 35R2 opel trucks

The speed up training feature is working differently in 1939 and 1940. In 1939 the only troops trained with the higher speed that are intoduced in the system after using the speed up item. It means that I can have troops standing in line for training planned for 100 hours. After using the item the training time remains 100 hours. Only for the troops introduced for training after using the item shortens the training time.

Should I have 3 different schedules made before using the item I loose it's purpose.

In 1949 it immediately shortens the training time even for the troops being trained not just for the ones standing in line.

Production booster: I had tribalwar boost on oil and steel, but i bought grain booster. And now all the tribal boosts are gone. Also i cancelled the grain booster and tryd later to buy one again, but now i have to pay 4 gold because its says i already are using it? Please resolve this. bye

how do i start well i used a ceasefire card & still got attacked lost my troops & its shows i have 9 hours on my cease fire almost looks like it froze. i used a 12 hour ceasefire card i guess it stoped working after 4 hours since its stuck on 9 hours an this be considered a glitch.

Purchased 'training speedup' and gold was taken but no service received.

i have trade my resources with ithers but i didnt recive the resources.. ex my 20000 Oil traded for 20000 Steel nut i didnt recieve the steel.. where it gone? im completly sure this a bug.. i want my steel back!!! it was happen at my s3 account and my coordinate base is 526:454..

I want to report a bug and if possible to be refunded the lost gold.

at mall I tried to buy a VIP membership (1 week, costs 70 gold) and clicked on its red button.

Instead of that I was given a "Grain Production Booster" (1 week, costs 20 gold) and I lost my 70 gold...

please help

I have complain

the server maintenace was done

but my base was under attack

and I cannot do any thing

and this is unfair to me
