Well here goes! This is my first time really putting something out there on the web and expressing what's happening for me, basically unedited....wonder how it will go? I guess the chances of someone even checking this out is pretty unlikely, so I can say and vent just about anything I want right? :) (in the voice of Homer Simpsons Boss insert the word..eeexcelent)
So what to talk about? Assuming this is to myself and maybe some lucky random person who stumbles upon this, what is it in fact that I have tosay?
Why don't I start with whats on my mind right now. Nothing like the present right? Then againe to be completely accurate, what else is there? I mean the present of course. The eternal NOW, the timeless moment, the only 'thing' that all people can agree is actually real. We can argue about what the past was and what the future may be But without the undenialble data of the moment these concepts exist in available to us, in real time...these ideas of past/future are just that, ideas. Only this moment, you reading this, me typing this, plus every detail our senses relay to us about our present situation, actually give us the best possible interpretation of what this life is. Whaever this experience of life and being is we we are for the most part at the mercy of our sensory cababilitiies. As they say in NLP : The map is not the territory. The menu is not the meal.
So I suppose what I just said is "Whatever REALITY really is...we aint ever going to know it through this limited sensory equipment.
void
In my experience the most clear and undiluted way of having a ONENESS or GOD or UNITY experience is to quite the mind through meditation and WITNESS one's own BEINGNESS.In fact to witness the beingness of all that is. Frorm Calmly witnessing everthing From the unconditionaly loving look of our Mums
peacefull stillness of a garden, to to the steaming turd left by dogg on the street.
It's all God. How could ther be anything else? Likw they say in chineseMedicine and Philosophy, the outer circle of Yin snd Yang represents the eternal nameless, intentless, eternal inteligent void fro which all things originated.
Then the two opposing colours and energies existing is many many, even infinite combinations of these two fundamental opposites. The chinese call hese the 'ten thousand things'
And from there it goes. The ten thousand things infintly mutate and mix and change and flow forever. They represent the external world. Including emotions and body and mind.
All the while the empty void of eternity permeates and is the very parent of the ten thousand things and their energies. How frickin cool is that.
Hey time has runout for me and this session. I must alight and go to bed, sweet sweet bed. I shall return
