Does anyone else have Bit Commet lock up have to restaqrt and you lose your current torrent downloads?

hey, no , dont seem to have the problem. you might have a problem with the inital program, but you also might have uninvertedly downloaded a trojan that affects your comet. try taking the complete program off your computer AND the back up files because that might be where the trojan is hibernating, then reloading it from a new source. HOPE that helps

okay...will try it...also i noticed that with the new update bit comet tends to hang shut down. Running vista Home Premium any suggestions?

Been there... Nothing to be afraid of... Not a trojan...

Limit your upload speed... Not to low cause you'll get a slow download...

You'll get your resource hogged if you set your upload to No Limit...

BitComet will crashed and the torrent list disapears...

You'll find your torrent in the BitComet Application folder...

Click it and it will be back in the list...

Then Hash Check again to get back your Percentage...
