try manual hash check

Well first check if your peers are downloading it and it stops at 99.4%. If this happens it could just be an incomplete file your downloading. If this isn't the problem try a manual hash check. Hope this helps

try to take clean torrents, a lot of them r fake, try mininova torrents, usually have some comments and r clean, torrents that stuck r not alright.

Most likely you just downloaded a virus so check that first of all next make sure the torrent isn't a fake next what i usually do is just stop and start it agian it should work
