Option to cancel Recruitment

We should have an option to cancel Recruitment as we have an option to cancel research or any construction.
Also have an option to recruit Air plains separate from Tanks. so we should be able to train one set of soldiers one set of tanks and one set of air plains...coz rite now we can train 2 set of soldiers and 1 set of either tank or air plains...
However my primary concern is the cancel option for the Recruitment.
