I don't know Spanish but if you mean how does the upgrading commander work, then I'd like to know this also.

In battles your commander receives experience points. Those points increase his abilities, strength, command, intelligence and charm.

If any of you are referring to upgrade option in commander menu, that one is used to upgrade items used by commanders(adjutants). Put there two of the same type and level and you have a chance of getting a higher level one of same type.
