I think you can see that thumnail pic, click that pic and it will bring you up a new panel. If you dont have enough gold, click the gold and it will bring up a paypal option. Good luck.

I appreciate the response BC. I already bought the gold for this promotion. Unfortunately am still having issues. I click the thumbnail besides your name and get.

I believe the 36 gold pack is only available on the 1939 server, though there is a free weekend pack available on the 1940 server. For those on the 1939 server go to base, overview, and click the banner for the pack that will pop up the purchase link.
